General conditions of subscription
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of subscription (hereinafter "GTC"), is to define the conditions under which the customer may subscribe to and use the Crypto Excel service.
1) Definitions
In these GTC, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Subscriber" means any natural person of legal age who subscribes by means of a bank card to the Service offered directly by Crypto Excel, for his or her own needs or the needs of another natural person in his or her entourage to whom the Subscriber entrusts the use of the Service.
"Service" refers to the fee-based service published by Crypto Excel allowing the Subscriber access to Crypto Excel's service. The Service is available by connecting to the Site and is reserved for strictly private use.
"Activation Date" means the date from which the Subscriber may use the Service.
"Site": refers to the Internet site published by Crypto Excel, accessible at the following URL address: www.cryptoexcel.io, enabling the Subscriber to subscribe to and access the Service, including the pages accessible from www.cryptoexcel.io.
"User" refers to any natural person browsing the Site, including Subscribers.
2) Purpose
The purpose of these GTC is to define the conditions under which Crypto Excel will provide the Subscriber with access to the Service on the receiving terminals defined in Article 3. By subscribing to one of the Subscriptions, the Subscriber expressly acknowledges that he/she has read the GTC and accepts all of its terms, without reservation.
3) Available reception terminals
The Service will be activated after subscription, subject to acceptance of payment and the associated means of payment. The Service is available on the reception terminals listed below (hereinafter referred to as the "Terminal(s)" and individually as the "Terminal"). To access the Service, the Subscriber must have an Internet connection with sufficient bandwidth, equipment with RAM capacity, software versions and a compatible processor.
3.1 - Computers
The Service is accessible via the Site, subject to activation of rights in accordance with the procedure described on the Site, on devices and/or microcomputers (PC/Mac) using the following web browsers:
- Google Chrome: version 121 or later
- Mozilla Firefox: version 102 or later
- Edge: version 124 or later
- Safari: version 17.4 or later (Mac only)
3.2 - Mobile supports (smartphones and tablets)
The Service is accessible from any Internet network (Wi-Fi, 3G/3G+/4G, 5G), subject to the use of Chrome or Safari web browsers, on all mobile equipment equipped with:
- iOS: version 16 or later
- Android: version 13 or later
- Windows: version 10 or later
4) Terms of use of the Service
Subscription to the Service from Crypto Excel can be made from the Site under the conditions defined in article 3 above. The Subscription is effective from the Activation Date.
The Subscriber's login and password are personal and confidential. The Subscriber undertakes not to divulge them and to take all necessary measures to preserve this confidentiality. Consequently, the Subscriber will be responsible for any activity or action on his/her Account. The Subscriber undertakes to report any unauthorized and/or suspicious use of his/her Account by sending an e-mail to the following address: contact@cryptoexcel.io
5) Duration of Service Subscription
Crypto Excel offers two access formulas, monthly and annual.
In the case of a monthly subscription, the Subscription is concluded for a period of one (1) month from its Activation Date. The Subscription expiry date is defined as the same day of the month as the Subscription Activation Date. In the absence of cancellation before the annual expiry date, the Subscription is tacitly renewed for successive periods of one (1) month.
In the case of an annual subscription, the Subscription is concluded for a period of one (1) year from its Activation Date. The Subscription expiry date is the anniversary of the Subscription Activation Date. In the absence of cancellation before the annual expiry date, the Subscription is tacitly renewed for successive periods of one (1) year.
6) Cancellation terms and conditions
6.1 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Subscriber expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- the provision of the Service begins immediately after validation of his or her registration for the Service (or, where applicable, at the end of the trial period), i.e. before the end of the fourteen (14) clear day period stipulated in the French Consumer Code, and
- therefore acknowledges and accepts that it does not benefit from the right of withdrawal associated with online or distance sales. Consequently, no request for retraction, cancellation or refund will be accepted for the period subscribed.
6.2 - Cancellation by the Subscriber
Subscriptions can be cancelled free of charge from the Subscriber's account management page. Cancellation takes effect on the due date of the current Subscription, and the Subscriber remains liable for the remaining monthly or annual instalments due until that date.
6.3 - Cancellation by Crypto Excel
Crypto Excel may terminate and/or suspend the Service at any time. Such termination shall result in the immediate deactivation of the Subscription to the Service, without any right to compensation or reimbursement.
This can occur in some situations, including:
- non-payment of the Crypto Excel Subscription by the Subscriber
- failure to update credit card information when the validity period expires
- infringement of the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code
- more generally, failure by the Subscriber to comply with any of its obligations under the present GTC.
7) Terms of payment
7.1 - Price
Subscription implies payment by the Subscriber of a fixed price. The prices applicable to Subscriptions are indicated inclusive of all taxes and do not include the costs of services subscribed with third parties, in particular Internet access providers.
The Subscriber will be notified of any change in price no earlier than three (3) months and no later than one (1) month before the change takes effect. In this case, the Subscriber will have the option of cancelling his Subscription, under the conditions set out in article 6.2. Promotional rates may be offered at Crypto Excel's discretion, for a limited time.
7.2 - Terms of payment
All Subscriptions are payable in advance, monthly or annually, by recurring credit card payment, via secure access from the Site. The first debit is made on the day the Subscription is taken out, or on the day following the trial period.
The Subscriber acknowledges that by providing his or her credit card details, he or she authorizes Crypto Excel to debit his or her bank account via his or her credit card number, up to the amount of the Subscription chosen.
