11.2 — Mediation

In the event of failure to lodge a complaint with the customer service department, or in the absence of a response from this department within 15 days, the consumer, non-professional or professional customer may submit the dispute with his contractor to conventional mediation. The mediator will attempt, independently and impartially, to bring the parties together with a view to finding an amicable solution. The parties undertake to do their utmost to ensure that this conciliation has every chance of success. They undertake to act in good faith.

11.3 — Applicable law & Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the French laws . If the Customer is a professional, exclusive jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the court of Lyon 3rd district, to settle any dispute relating to the provision of service and these terms and conditions.
